The following Terms & Conditions apply to the UBX Training Camp 6-week challenge competition, running seasonally in our gyms and on our iOS and Android Apps ("The Training Camp"):
Promoter Information:
The Promoter of this competition is UBX Australia Pty Ltd ABN 33 169 373 371, 6/2 Baroona Rd, Brisbane QLD 4064, Australia.
Competition Period:
Training Camp Start Date: Monday, 2 February 2026.
Training Camp End Date: Sunday, 15 March 2026.
Major Prize Submission Period (by Clubs):
Open: Monday, 16 March 2026.
Close: 11.59pm Tuesday, 24 March 2026 (AEST).
Entries for the Major Prize must be submitted by participating UBX clubs during this submission period.
Winners Announced: Friday, 27 March 2026.
Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
Due to local regulations, participants from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the USA are not eligible to enter or receive prizes in this Promotion.
Entry is open to all other “Training Camp” participants globally, as long as they are paying members of a UBX gym throughout the competition period. Immediate family members of employees, contractors, or franchisees of the Promoter are not eligible.
Affiliation:
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), Google, or Apple.
How to Enter (for members):
To qualify for entry into the Major Prize competition, participants must:
Register for the Training Camp by clicking the join button on the Training Camp app. Download the app via https://ubx.fit/tc
Complete at least 18 workouts during the challenge period.
Complete and submit all body composition scans and benchmark workouts as required (see Section 6).
Submit two photos taken inside the gym during the challenge period.
Your gym will submit your entry on your behalf during the submission period.
Submission Requirements (for UBX gyms):
Participants must:
Submit two photos taken in the gym during the challenge period. These photos do not need to be full-body, but their face must be visible.
Submit a digital copy of a "Before" body composition scan completed within 7 days of the challenge commencing.
Submit a digital copy of an "After" body composition scan completed within 7 days of the challenge concluding.
Submit the results of their 3 x Benchmark workouts completed in the first 7 days of the challenge.
Submit the results of their 3 x Benchmark workouts completed within 7 days of the challenge concluding.
Prizes:
The promoter will select 1 Male and 1 Female Global Winner, each receiving a prize package with a total value of up to $5,000 AUD. This prize is comprised of two components:
Climbing Mountains Adventure Voucher: Up to $2,500 AUD to be applied specifically toward an adventure package with Climbing Mountains in 2026.
A Travel & Adventure Voucher: Up to $2,500 AUD to be used toward flights, or as an additional contribution toward the Climbing Mountains adventure cost.
Prize Conditions:
Non-Transferable & No Cash Option: The prize, or any portion of the prize, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or gifted. If a component of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.
Flexibility of Use: Winners may choose how to allocate the Travel & Adventure Voucher ($2,500 AUD). For example:
Split Use: $2,500 AUD toward the adventure and $2,500 AUD toward flights/travel.
Combined Use: Up to $5,000 AUD applied entirely toward a premium adventure package (with the winner covering all travel costs personally).
Custom Mix: e.g., $1,000 AUD toward travel and $4,000 AUD toward the adventure.
Expense Responsibility & Caps:
Total Prize Cap: The total combined contribution for both the Adventure and Travel will not exceed $5,000 AUD per winner.
Travel Funding Limit: A maximum of $2,500 AUD may be allocated toward travel costs (flights/logistics).
Mandatory Linkage: The travel portion of the prize is strictly contingent upon participation in the Adventure. Travel costs will not be covered, reimbursed, or honored if the Adventure component is cancelled or not attended.
Excess Costs: Any costs exceeding the $5,000 AUD total cap, or travel costs exceeding the $2,500 AUD travel cap, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Residual Value: Any unused portion of the $5,000 AUD prize value is forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or alternate prizes.
Travel Booking & Dates: Travel must be booked in the first half of 2026 (ie: by 30 June 2026) and the adventure must be taken within the 2026 calendar year.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included as part of the prize but is highly recommended. The cost of the insurance will be the responsibility of the winner.
Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prize Elements: In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
Seek Independent Financial Advice on Tax Implications: Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
Media & Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in reasonable media activities, including interviews, photographs, and videos for promotional purposes. UBX reserves the right to use the winner's images and information for marketing and publicity without further compensation.
Winner Notification:
The winners will be notified by phone within 7 business days of the prize draw, which will take place at UBX HQ, 6/2 Baroona Rd, Milton, QLD 4064, Australia.
Liability:
UBX is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of participation in this competition, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Disqualification:
UBX reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms or engages in misconduct that jeopardises the fairness of the competition. In such cases, UBX may pursue legal rights to seek damages or compensation.
Privacy & Data Collection:
All personal data collected for this competition will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and UBX's Privacy Policy. Participants consent to their personal information being used for the purpose of facilitating the promotion and awarding the prize. Personal information may be shared with third parties or authorities involved in the promotion.
